Using this website
These terms apply to your use of the Musk & Co. website and to reservations and purchases made through it. Read them together with our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies. Questions may be sent to info@musknco.com.
To place an order, you must have legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction or appropriate authorization. Provide accurate information and use the website lawfully.
Products and availability
Product descriptions, sizes, availability and prices are shown on the relevant product page. Images are illustrative; screen settings can affect colour, and packaging may change without altering the stated product. Fragrance impressions are subjective. Future worlds marked locked or coming soon are previews, not offers of immediate supply.
Use fragrance according to its label. Avoid contact with eyes, keep away from heat and flames, and keep out of reach of children. Stop use if irritation occurs. Products are not offered as medical treatments.
Reservations and order confirmation
MARS is currently offered through a reservation process, with scheduled delivery on 16 November 2026. The current checkout confirms a reservation; it does not request online card payment. We will communicate any payment arrangements and fulfilment details before delivery. Do not send card details through email or the contact form.
A reservation acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. If we cannot fulfil it because of availability, an address restriction or a material listing error, we will contact you and explain the options. We will not substitute a different product or add charges without your agreement.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. The current MARS listing is CA$74.99, with free shipping across Canada. Applicable taxes and any disclosed charges form part of the order total. The price and terms confirmed for your order take priority over later website price changes.
Any required payment method, amount and timing will be disclosed before payment is due. If a payment has been received for an order we cannot fulfil, we will arrange the applicable refund.
Delivery, changes and returns
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. We will communicate material changes to the scheduled delivery. See the Shipping policy for address corrections and delivery problems, and the Returns policy for return eligibility and refund arrangements.
Contact us promptly to request a reservation change or cancellation. These procedures do not replace statutory cancellation or refund rights, including rights that may apply to online orders or delayed delivery.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account sign-in details confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Do not misuse forms, interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, impersonate others or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict misuse where reasonably necessary to protect customers and the service, subject to applicable law.
Website content and external links
Musk & Co. branding, original text and imagery are owned by us or used with permission. You may browse and use the site for personal shopping; commercial reproduction requires permission. Third-party names and services remain the property of their owners. External links, including maps, are provided for convenience and are governed by the relevant service’s terms.
Errors, responsibility and consumer rights
We take reasonable care with website information and will correct material errors when identified. If an error affects your order, we will contact you rather than change an agreed order without explanation. Website access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability, warranties, cancellation rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Canadian federal, provincial or territorial law. Applicable mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction continue to apply.
Updates and contact
