By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

1. About MUSK & CO

MUSK & CO is an online fragrance store based in Karachi, Pakistan.

In these Terms, “MUSK & CO,” “we,” “our” and “us” refer to the operator of musknco.com. “Customer,” “you” and “your” refer to any visitor, account holder or person placing an order through the website.

2. Eligibility to Use the Website

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.

• You are purchasing products for lawful personal or gift use.

• You will not use our products or website for fraudulent or unauthorised purposes.

If you are under 18, you should use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, fragrance notes, bottle sizes, images, prices and availability accurately.

However:

• Colours and packaging may appear differently depending on your screen.

• Packaging, labels or presentation may change without notice.

• Fragrance perception, projection and longevity can vary depending on skin type, environment, application and individual sensitivity.

• Natural variations may occur between production batches.

• Product images are provided for presentation and may not always represent every minor packaging detail.

Such reasonable variations do not necessarily mean that a product is defective.

4. Inspired-by Fragrances and Third-Party Trademarks

Some MUSK & CO fragrances may be described as being “inspired by” well-known designer fragrances. These references are used only to help customers understand the general scent profile or fragrance style.

MUSK & CO is an independent fragrance brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to the designers, brands or trademark owners referenced on the website.

All third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. MUSK & CO products are not originals, replicas or counterfeits of third-party branded products; they are independently presented fragrances with their own MUSK & CO names and packaging.

5. Prices and Availability

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotional offers and product availability may change without notice. A product placed in your cart or wishlist is not reserved and may become unavailable before checkout is completed.

We try to ensure that pricing information is correct. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order and issue a refund for any amount already paid.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.

After receiving an order, we may contact you by telephone, email or another available communication channel to verify the order or delivery information.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where:

• The product is unavailable.

• Payment cannot be confirmed.

• The delivery information is incomplete or incorrect.

• We identify a pricing or product-information error.

• We suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity.

• Delivery is unavailable for the provided location.

• The customer has repeatedly refused or failed to receive previous orders.

If we cancel a prepaid order, any eligible amount paid will be returned using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

7. Payments

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout and may include cash on delivery, bank transfer, card payment or another approved payment service.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Online payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. MUSK & CO does not normally store complete card or banking credentials.

Any additional bank, currency-conversion or payment-provider charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the relevant offer.

Unless otherwise stated:

• A discount code must be entered during checkout.

• A discount cannot be applied after an order has been submitted.

• Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Only one promotional code may be used per order.

• Promotions cannot be combined.

• Offers remain valid only for the stated period or while stock lasts.

We may cancel an offer or reject a discount where we reasonably believe that it has been misused, copied, manipulated or applied contrary to its conditions.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to prepare and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe communicated during checkout or through our customer-support channels. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by:

• Courier availability

• Public holidays

• Weather conditions

• Security restrictions

• Remote delivery locations

• Incorrect customer information

• Events outside our reasonable control

Customers must provide a complete delivery address and an active telephone number. MUSK & CO is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Ownership and responsibility for the product pass to the customer when the order is delivered to the address or authorised recipient provided with the order.

10. Failed Delivery

The customer or an authorised recipient should be available to receive the order.

If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, refuses the parcel or provides incorrect details, the order may be returned to us. We may require payment of additional delivery charges before sending it again.

Repeated refusal of confirmed cash-on-delivery orders may result in future orders being declined or limited to prepaid payment methods.

11. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate the request, but cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed, packed or handed to the courier.

If a dispatched order is refused without a valid reason, delivery or return-shipping costs may be deducted from any available refund, subject to applicable law.

12. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to any separate Return and Refund Policy published on our website and to applicable consumer law.

For hygiene, safety and quality-control reasons, an opened, sprayed, used or damaged fragrance cannot normally be returned simply because the customer does not like the scent.

A return or replacement may be considered where:

• The wrong product was delivered.

• The product arrived damaged or leaking.

• An item is missing from the order.

• The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs or video of the parcel and product

• Photographs of the courier label and packaging where relevant

Keep the product, box and original packaging until we have reviewed the claim. Do not dispose of or use a product for which you intend to request a return.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or another agreed method. Payment-provider and bank processing times may apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Fragrance Safety and Allergies

Fragrances are intended for external use only.

Customers should:

• Avoid contact with the eyes.

• Keep fragrances away from flames, heat and direct sunlight.

• Keep products out of reach of young children.

• Stop using a product if irritation or an allergic reaction occurs.

• Review available ingredient or allergen information before use if they have known sensitivities.

Individual reactions may vary. MUSK & CO is not responsible for reactions resulting from allergies, sensitivities, improper use or use contrary to safety instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Seek appropriate medical advice if a serious reaction occurs.

14. Customer Accounts

You may be able to create an account to manage orders, save addresses or maintain a wishlist.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login details confidential

• Providing correct account information

• Restricting unauthorised access to your device

• Informing us if you suspect unauthorised account activity
